What is Included in a Homeopathic Consultation?

Since the aim is to understand each person as an individual, the homeopath looks for things that are most individualistic of people.

Taking cases over the phone and through Skype sessions

Unlike traditional medicine, which requires your physical presence to examine your body, Homeopathic consultation focuses solely on the description of the symptoms.  Capturing the uniqueness of the patient's individual expression is essential for a homeopath to select a proper treatment.

Over the course of my homeopathic career, a substantial number of cases were taken and successfully treated over the phone or by web conference, even though I never had the opportunity to meet my patients personally.

In this regard, I want to reassure you that whether you take time to travel to San Jose to see me or we converse over the phone or Skype, the quality of your treatment will be the same.

Fees

The fee for the first consultation is $250. The follow up consultation is $80 per visit. The patients with chronic conditions may purchase a block of 4 follow up visits including phone consultations for only $280.

Initial Consultation, 1.5-2 hours: $250

Follow up consultation, 30-40 minutes: $80

Consultation for acute condition or on the phone: $80

Members of the same family receive a 20% discount on the initial consultation.

Health Insurance

We do not accept any health insurance policy or process medical claims. However, if a patient’s health insurance provider reimburses to the patient for homeopathic services by Rina Valia, then we will be glad to issue the receipts.Some insurance companies reimburse homeopathic treatment. You will need to obtain a CPT code for a chief complaint from your primary care physician in order to submit a claim form. It is the responsibility of the client to get reimbursed for the treatment. We encourage checking all available options: flexible spending accounts, insurance coverage, health savings accounts, etc.
